Why can't men wear cute women's clothes?

Who said that men can’t wear cute women’s clothes?
Fear certainly isn’t the reason — this only explains why some men are hesitant to wear women’s clothing — not why they can’t wear them.
In truth, there aren’t any reasons at all why men can’t wear cute women’s clothing. There are no laws that prohibit this, and cultural norms have been changing for many years already.
Sure, there are some parts of the world in which this practice may be frowned upon by some people. So if “disapproval” is what you’re asking, yes - some disapprove but that’s not what you’re asking. You want to know why this is prohibited — and it’s not. At least, it’s not prohibited in North America and all of Europe. I can’t speak for the Middle East, but in Japan crossdressing is not only permissible, but it’s actually a fashion trend right now. I’ve heard from crossdressers from China, Africa, and Russia. Even a couple of people from Central and South America have written.
When a man wants to wear women’s clothing publicly, the only thing he needs to do is psyche himself up for doing it. It’s a psychological process, not a legal one.

First, “boobs” is slang and offensive to many women . If you want to design bras for women customers, the proper word is “breast” and sewing patterns for clothing like blouses and dresses speak in terms of the “bust” and “chest" measurements. Have you ever slipped off your high heels while wearing pantyhose/stockings?

Ummm ya…Like, who doesn’t?? I hate these ambiguous, wide open, types of queries. My initial reaction is to just write, ‘duh !!’.
